Refund policy

Items must be unworn, in resalable condition and complete with all packages. A refund for returns will be made promptly upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and processing charges. Mail the package via a traceable and insurable shipping method. Return of products will be fully refunded except original shipping cost. A restocking fee equivalent to shipping cost will be deducted in case the original shipping cost was free. Items shipped from Byward Centre can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment and the returned items should be received within 20 days of the authorization request date. Any items received after 20 days from the authorization request date will be subject to 20% restocking fees.
