Return Policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued for the product only, excluding initial shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products) cannot be returned.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not eligible for return.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
- For exchanges, return your item and place a separate order for the new product.
United States Returns Policy
- All US shipments are tariff-prepaid.
- Due to recent changes to trade regulations, returns from the United States are no longer accepted. Please review your order carefully before purchase. For concerns or assistance, contact customer service.
- Some orders require a signature as proof of delivery. This requirement depends on the order value and delivery location.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
