- Orders are processed within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days after stock arrives.
- Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
- Order Changes and Assistance
- For any assistance with your order, contact us immediately at info@bywardcentre.com.
- Orders cannot be changed after they have shipped.
- Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping fee. You will need to place a new order with the correct address.
- Shipping Carrier Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- International Orders
- Orders shipped to the United States are tariff-prepaid and require a signature as proof of delivery.
- Orders shipped outside North America may be subject to import duties or customs fees not included in our shipping rates. These charges are set by customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
